Additional Costs

  1. One main issue is Hollow plaster: Please see plaster issues on this site
  2. (Gunite) Remove all the hollows that the plaster may have by breaking them and taking out the debris or cracks under Gunite, Will not know until pool is drained. This is common from previous plaster jobs that were not prepped properly or installed properly
  3. We insure all extra plaster is removed before we continue the new plaster process, we insure that a bond coat (Primer0 is applied before Adding/Appling the new plaster.
  4. Cost is $18.00 per linear ft.
  5. Staples: Please see plaster issues on this site
  6. Cracks in plaster or shell of pool that require extra demo and installing of staples- we measure what is visible and estimate 1 staple per linear foot of cracks. There may be additional staples needed once we do the pool preparation for new plaster (crack repairs and staples do not insure that the cracks will not appear again, no Warranty implied for staple repairs)
  7. Cost Per Staple is $75.00
  8. Tile that may be loose and come off at preparation:
  9. This would not be known until preparation is in place. Most cases there is no extra cost for this.
  10. If needed re-install of tile is $12.00 per linear ft.
